MTV Movies Blog offers the first look at the 20th Century Fox production, Unstoppable. Denzel Washington and Chris Pine play a experienced railroad conductor and trainee (giggles at the play on word) respectively. Their are tasked with stopping an unmanned freight train, filled with biohazardous explosives, before it "wipes out a city." This film reunites director Tony Scott with Washington for the fifth time (Crimson Tide, Man on Fire, Déjà Vu and Taking of Pelham 1 2 3).
Reportedly, there were several obstacles during production. Ironically, filming was delayed last year because the featured train derailed.
Transformers franchise star Kevin Dunn and Ethan Suplee of "My Name is Earl" also star. Unstoppable pulls into theaters November 12th. I am more excited about this fall's lineup of movies than I have been about the lackluster summer flicks. Yea, I'm looking at you Inception.
